Delete Your Account

You can delete your SKLOOPS account at any time, for any reason. Deletion is permanent: your personal data, conversations and trade history are erased and cannot be recovered.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the SKLOOPS app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (我的).
  3. Tap 刪除帳號 (Delete account) at the bottom, then confirm in the dialog.

Deletion takes effect immediately: your bearer token stops working at once and you cannot sign in again.

Already uninstalled the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject 「刪除帳號」 (deletion request), and include your display name.

We check the sender against the account email, complete the deletion, and confirm by reply within 90 days.

What is deleted

Deletion clears the following inside a single database transaction:

  • The account itself: email, display name, phone, district, school preferences, avatar.
  • Your listings and photos, plus other users' favourites and offers on them.
  • Your offers, conversations and messages, deal records, and reviews you wrote or received.
  • Notifications, push tokens, reports you filed and your block list.

What is kept

One kind of content survives:

  • Posts you wrote in the community forums stay, but the author column is cleared so they no longer point to you.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate; the data is gone as soon as the transaction commits. Email requests are completed within 90 days.
