More flexible trading: paid items now support a backup queue — when a seller accepts an offer, other buyers automatically become backups (each keeping their own offered price) and latecomers can join the queue at list price; if the current deal falls through, the next buyer is promoted automatically with a notification, and sellers get a queue overview panel. Offers now accept any whole-dollar amount (minimum HK$10). The dashboard gains notification settings to turn off new-chat email reminders. Mobile push notifications are live: messages, offers and deal updates arrive on your phone instantly. Plus a fix for the chat keyboard gap on mobile, various display improvements and higher server capacity for smoother concurrent browsing.

Site-wide SEO overhaul: unique per-page titles and descriptions, breadcrumbs, FAQ rich-result format and keyword-targeted school/district pages, so parents can actually find your items in search. Mobile fonts load ~1.25s faster. Chat goes fully real-time: offers live inside the conversation, instant read receipts, messages appear the moment they are sent. Plus auto-dismissing notices, easier-to-read text contrast and a batch of mobile fixes.

Listings index gets a real filter bar: category pills, search, all 18 districts, condition, free toggle, school typeahead modal, sort (with a new "preferred schools first" option for logged-in users). Filter clicks swap results in-place — no page reload. Mobile upgraded: bottom tab bar (home / explore / sell / messages / me), chat goes full-screen, PWA wired up (manifest + service worker). Plus 5 mobile UX bug fixes, freed-up edge cache space, and a security patch.

Real-time chat gets better: paginate older messages, mark notifications read on click, read receipts (✓/✓✓), and an in-chat report button. New transactional emails: sellers get notified on offers, and both sides get an email on the first message of a new conversation (later messages stay in the live feed, no spam). Images purge from the Cloudflare edge cache immediately on delete — old images can't re-surface. Also trimmed 9 unused API surfaces and fixed a handful of small bugs.

Images are now much faster: uploads auto-convert to AVIF/WebP + strip EXIF (location, device), a 4MB photo shrinks to ~400KB, first view loads ~30× quicker. Added Cloudflare analytics (cookieless, no consent banner) so we can understand how to make SKloops better.

Chat overhaul: instant messaging (no refresh needed), real-time notification bell, chat URLs switched to UUID to prevent enumeration, login URL simplified to `/login`, chat header shows listing thumbnail + status, mobile uses natural page scroll.

Pagination was broken (would 500 past 20 items), now redesigned with the 8-bit Mario pixel style — centered, with prev/next chevron arrows. URLs switched to `/listings/page/2` clean format (no more `?page=2`); page 1 auto-collapses to `/listings`.

Custom username (/u/your-name), permanent once set; Google signup onboarding; Dashboard shows avatar, rating, reviews; Deal state machine; bi-directional reviews; free item auto-claim; anti-farming limits.

Search bar moved to the top nav so it's always within reach. Forms are now full-width and easier to fill. Free listings show a "FREE" tag. Districts and categories localized across zh-HK, zh-CN, and English.

Signups now require email confirmation — after registering, click the link in the confirmation email to start listing, making offers, and messaging. Google sign-in accounts are auto-confirmed. Also fixed minor bugs (offer amount display, real-time notifications).
